AKA my “flat tummy smoothie”! This is hands down the healthiest smoothie you can put into your body! WARNING! It’s not sweet. No frozen bananas in this baby. Because it’s very low glycemic, you won’t spike your blood sugar first thing in the morning (if you prefer your smoothies for breakfast). I’ve been a gym junkie for years now. I love doing group workouts, lifting weights alone, cardio with my husband (when I’m forced), yoga, barre, and everything in between.
