I recently revamped my smoothie-making thanks to Kelly LeVeque. I heard about her through Jessica Alba who swears by her recipes and nutritional guidance. If it’s good enough for Jessica Alba, it’s good enough for me! It’s so common for “healthy smoothies” to be loaded with banana, pineapple, honey, etc. AKA too much sugar. Her recipes give you the perfect amount of protein, fat, and fiber to fill you up while limiting your sugar intake. Plus, they’re absolutely delicious. The Healthiest Green Smoothie Ever
AKA my “flat tummy smoothie”! This is hands down the healthiest smoothie you can put into your body! WARNING! It’s not sweet. No frozen bananas in this baby. Because it’s very low glycemic, you won’t spike your blood sugar first thing in the morning (if you prefer your smoothies for breakfast). An added bonus is you won’t feel bloated or hungry in 2 hours since it’s so nutrient dense. I find that a lot of fruit makes me bloated, so that’s why I call this my flat tummy tea. No bloating. Quick Living Room Workout
I’ve been a gym junkie for years now. I love doing group workouts, lifting weights alone, cardio with my husband (when I’m forced), yoga, barre, and everything in between.
