    Figure Friendly Pumpkin Muffins

    Fall is officially here, which means PUMPKIN EVERYTHING! I make killer pumpkin “love muffins” as my husband calls them. I bake them once (sometimes twice) a year on our dating anniversary. They’re amazing, but not something I would eat every day. I may share that recipe later this season, but for now let’s bake something a little healthier.
