It’s been a long month of kitchen remodeling at my house, and it’s left me beyond ready for vacation! Josh and I are going to Seaside, Florida at the end of August. Memorial Day Style
Our Memorial Day plans were sort of shot with the weather forecast, BUT it didn’t stop us from having a good time. My husband finally finished working on his race car, so we put the t-top down and went for a ride. I love no makeup, hair on top of my head kind of days. Target always comes through with the cutest outfits for holidays. I got this easy little dress the other day, and it’s so comfy! Seasons Change Crop Tops Remain
I have no idea what is going on with the weather. When I wore this outfit there was a mix of sun, rain, clouds, humidity, and chilly wind. I’m just sitting over here twiddling my thumbs until spring decides to officially arrive. Until then, my suggestion to look like you’re ready for spring, but not freezing to death in sun dresses is to, ahem, wear crop tops. Sunday Brunchin’ Style
I’m not sure when brunch became the new happy hour, but it certainly has become a staple in my weekends. Brunch is a noun and a verb. A way of life. You go to brunch to brunch. I like to have my Sunday brunches after church, but oftentimes I show up too late for church (I’m late for most things in life).
